Whether it’s panang curry or misir wot with injera, we love ordering takeout! However, as eco-conscious vegans, we’ve always felt guilty about all the single-use waste our meals create, and we’re not alone. So, after graduating from high school and law school, we decided to take the waste out of takeout by starting To Go Green, the first reusable takeout container service in Washington, DC!

As members of the .eco community, we’ve made a public pledge to support positive change for the planet and work towards achieving our business’ sustainability goals.

We’re excited to have been awarded a Ditch the Disposables grant from the Chesapeake Bay Trust, DC Department of Energy & Environment, and DC Mayor’s Office to help us spearhead our reuse revolution!
